Lake Champlain Quadricentennial Celebration
Lecture by Author Jim Nelson
Sunday, August 30th
 Jim Nelson, author of Benedict Arnold’s Navy and many other studies of the Revolutionary period, will be speaking about Benedict Arnold and his creation of the first American Navy, the Battle of Valcour Island in 1776, and how America’s worst (and first) traitor won the American Revolution on Lake Champlain. Reception follows.
